  • Group coaching is a flexible and cost-saving alternative to individual 1:1 coaching.

  • Group coaching offers the additional advantages of peer learning and support as well as networking.

  • I use a structured, goal-oriented process to provide collaborative and time-limited coaching to a group of 6-8 individuals using coaching principles that support clients in achieving their goals.

  • Clients in my coaching groups have been from the same universities, departments, or medical societies.

  • Group coaching is effective at all career stages and can focus on topics related to career development and sustainability, leadership, and well-being.
